Mr. Robert Molsbergen is a Chief Operating Officer of Enerize Corporation. Mr. Molsbergen has held senior leadership positions in sales and marketing, engineering and general management within the marine, aerospace, industrial and power generation markets. Robert provides Enerize with proven global C-level experience managing high growth companies in frameworks keynoted by premiere based financial institutions, mission critical operations, logistics, planning and business successes. As a senior level executive in international business environments, he is a strong communicator with over 20 years guiding high-tech multinational corporations to unprecedented sales and revenue growth, demonstrating a record of satisfying investors and stakeholders with continuous growth.
Robert is highly adept with a broad array of international cultures and business settings, with a proven mastery of establishing sales footholds, pioneering complex transactions, and retaining pivotal accounts. He has deep technical knowledge that enables productive analysis of client and workforce needs. Most recently, he was President and Member of the Board of Innovation Plus, LLC, a private high technology firm, inventing, developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling highly advanced electronic products and services. Prior to this, he was CEO and Chairman of the Board of EMTS, a major global marine services company; engaged in shipbuilding, ship repair and maintenance in The Netherlands serving internationally renowned ship owners, operators and managers. Robert is a US patent holder and received his BS in Economics and MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and a BS in Marine Engineering from Astilleros Espanoles in Bilbao, Spain.
